Bukhara Kashmir runners are hand-knotted Oriental runners, characterized by the typical pattern of repeated guls arranged in rows on a solid field. They are crafted from soft, dense wool on a cotton warp, featuring elegant colors such as red, blue, or beige; they derive from Turkmen tradition but are primarily produced in Pakistan. They are valued for their durability, geometric regularity, and suitability for hallways.
